Shipping & Delivery Policy – Shani Jewelry

Our delivery timeframes include both processing time and shipping time.
Your estimated delivery date = processing time + shipping time (based on the shipping method you select at checkout).

Processing Time

Processing time varies depending on the item:

  • Many popular styles ship out within 24 hours.

  • Made-to-order items, engraved pieces, or custom sizes may take 8–15 working days to process.
    (Custom sizes are those that include an additional $20 charge.)

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number and estimated delivery date.

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.
If you need your order faster, you may upgrade to an expedited shipping option during checkout.


Important Notes

  • The delivery times listed do not include processing time.

  • Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, holidays, or vendor-related disruptions.

  • Express/Expedited Shipping cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.
    P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses can only be shipped via Free Shipping.

  • Shipping times are estimated and may vary.

  • Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and remote locations may require additional business days.


International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged by the destination country.
These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility at delivery.

Shani Jewelry does not control or collect these fees.


Order Tracking

After placing your order:

  1. You will receive an order confirmation email.

  2. Once shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

  3. You may also track your order anytime by logging into your account:

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address:

  • You may request reshipment (reshipping fees apply), or

  • You may request a refund, minus any shipping costs.
