At Shani Jewelry, your satisfaction is our priority.
We want you to shop with comfort and confidence, which is why we offer a 60-day return and exchange policy.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 60 days from the delivery date and we will assist you with your return request.


Return & Exchange Conditions

To ensure a smooth return process, please review the conditions below:

✅ Eligible Returns

  • You must contact us for authorization before returning any item.
    Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

  • All returns/exchanges must be requested within 60 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be:

    • In their original condition

    • Unworn, without scratches or damage

    • Not resized, altered, engraved, or customized in any way

  • All returns must be shipped using a method that includes tracking.
    Returns without tracking cannot be processed.


Full Coverage Return & Exchange

(Shani Jewelry covers return shipping and replacement fees)

You qualify for free return shipping if:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item arrived broken, defective, or incorrectly engraved


Limited Coverage Return & Exchange

(Customer pays return shipping and replacement shipping fees)

This applies when:

  • You ordered the wrong size

  • You do not like the item in person

  • You want to exchange for a different style or size (unless defective)

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Items NOT Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following cannot be returned:

  • Customized items, including:

    • Custom sizes

    • Engraved items

    • Custom stones, colors, shapes, or dimensions

  • Items that show signs of wear

  • Items that were previously replaced or exchanged

  • Items returned without the original jewelry tag


How to Start a Return or Exchange

Step 1 – Request Authorization

Email us at contact@shanijewelry.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will confirm eligibility and send you return instructions.


Step 2 – Ship the Item Back

After receiving approval:

  • Send the item within 7 days

  • Use a shipping method that provides tracking and delivery confirmation

  • If the package is sent without tracking and gets lost, we cannot process the return


Step 3 – Refund or Exchange

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 3–5 working days

  • We will then:

    • Issue your refund, or

    • Ship your replacement/exchange item


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Orders that originally received free shipping will have a $10 shipping fee deducted from the refund.


Order Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment

Orders that have not been shipped are eligible for cancellation:

  • Within 10 hoursNo cancellation fee

  • 10–24 hours$10 cancellation fee

  • After 24 hours$20 cancellation fee

After Shipment

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
Please wait for delivery and then request a return if needed.

Important:

Do NOT refuse delivery — carriers often destroy refused packages and we cannot issue refunds for destroyed items.
